Data collected

When using the contact form, we collect the following data:

  • First and last name
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Free-text message

Navigation data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may also be collected for statistical and security purposes.

Purpose of processing

Data is used solely to respond to your contact requests and to improve our services. It is never sold or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (pursuant to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection — revFADP) when submitting the contact form.

Retention period

Contact data is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, after which it is deleted.

Third-party tools & international transfers

This site uses the following third-party services which may process your data:

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) — hosting, CDN and network security. May process your IP address for DDoS protection and performance. Privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (USA) — anonymised browsing statistics (page views, load times). No tracking cookies. Aggregated, non-personal data.
  • Resend, Inc. (USA) — contact email delivery. Your contact data (name, email, message) transits through their servers for sending.

Transfers to the United States are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the guarantees set out in Art. 16 revFADP.
